Stage 1 ECU tuning for forage harvesters is performed via the OBD/diagnostic port. Boost pressure maps, fuel injection quantities and torque limiters are recalibrated for your specific engine variant and power class. Typical gains: +20–35% torque in the critical 1,400–2,200 rpm working range. This directly translates to improved field performance and reduced gear changes under load.
